I had two busy days at work. I didn't work out on Thursday and Friday, but I made up for it this morning. I worked out for an hour and it felt good after my little break. I have more energy today. I can feel my shoulders and back getting stronger. I've almost lost enough weight for the Wii Fit to stop calling me obese. That's my first goal - to just be classified as overweight. Cutting portions is really helping.
We've stuck to our budget this week and we've mainly eaten at home. We're trying to stop eating out except for special occasions.
So far we're starting the year off right.
