In my quest to east healthy, I am going to start trying new recipes. Last night I made lemon parmesan fish. I got the recipe from Bodies By Cindy. I'm going to try more of Cindy's recipes.
I've done well exercising this week. I'm hoping to continue on the downward slope. I've been eating healthy and haven't had any sodas. I really don't miss them. I thought I would crave them, but I don't. I haven't had much caffeine at all. I had some sweet tea the other night and could only drink about half a serving. I'm finding I am naturally waking early to work out. I'm becoming addicted.
