So for the
Wii Fit Mommies Forum challenge today I need to post a Friday Fitness Tip. If you work out in the morning you should eat a banana before working out. The potassium boosts your energy and helps you burn more calories. You should also drink water while working out to keep yourself hydrated.
That being said, I am ready to start working out on my Wii Fit regularly. My goal for the month of February will be to work out at least 3 days a week. More would be great, but I have to start somewhere.
